We have grown shiitake mushrooms on oak logs since 1989. In season, we also offer the full range of fresh wild mushrooms, fiddleheads, and wild leeks provided by the woods and fields of Maine. Mushroom oils and powders, as well as gift baskets are also available. We look forward to adding that natural gourmet flavor to your meals.
